All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Letters and parcels in the same order are combined, so you only pay the higher of the two. Wrapping paper rolls travel separately in a tube and are charged on top.

Every letter to Santa has vanished from the sorting office, and Christmas is only days away. Chief Inspector Gillies needs a team of detectives she can trust. That team is your family.

Your case arrives in a sealed evidence box with everything you need to crack it, including a large A2 printed suspect board for your family to work the case on. The rest of what's inside stays classified until it lands on your doorstep.

How the case works

  • 5 nights of clues, from 20 to 24 December
  • One envelope a night, about 30 minutes each
  • A twist every night, with the final answer on Christmas Eve
  • Made for the whole family to play together, with a role for every age
  • Harder codes just for the grown-ups, so adults get a real challenge too
  • Will be sent out end of November

The Vanishing Letters runs over five nights, from 20 December to Christmas Eve, at about 30 minutes a night.

Yes. Collect it from the studio in Bowmore or have it posted to you for £3.50.
