All orders are sent by Royal Mail. Letters and parcels in the same order are combined, so you only pay the higher of the two. Wrapping paper rolls travel separately in a tube and are charged on top.

Choose your label type

Inkjet labels
Full colour and cut to any shape and size. Best for branded product labels with your logo and colours.

Thermal labels
Black print on 6 × 4 inch (152 × 102mm) labels. Choose one full-size label, or two smaller labels (each about 4 × 3 inch) on every 6 × 4. A clear, simple option for ingredient and allergen information and larger packaging.

What you get in a pack

Inkjet labels: at least 100 or 250.
Inkjet labels are printed on A4 sheets and we always print full sheets, so you never get fewer than you ordered and usually get a few extra. How many fit on a sheet depends on the size of your label. Type your size into the size checker on this page to see how many fit per sheet.

Thermal labels: 100 or 200, 250 or 500.
A pack of 100 is 100 full-size 6 × 4 inch labels, or 200 smaller labels if you choose two per 6 × 4. A pack of 250 is 250 full-size labels or 500 smaller ones.

How to order

  1. Choose inkjet or thermal labels and your pack size.
  2. For inkjet labels, enter the shape and size you'd like. For thermal labels, choose one or two labels per 6 × 4.
  3. Add your product name and label wording, with allergens typed in CAPITALS.
  4. Upload your logo or artwork if you have one.
  5. Tick the box to confirm your details are correct, then add to your basket.

Your wording and allergens

Your labels are printed using the wording you give us, and allergens typed in CAPITALS are made to stand out on the label.

You are responsible for making sure your ingredients, allergens and other label information are accurate and meet the labelling rules for your product. Please check everything carefully before you order.

Please note

Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed label. Thermal labels are printed with heat rather than ink, so they are best kept away from direct sunlight and heat.
