Shipping policy

All items from Wild Islay Studio are designed and printed to order on the Isle of Islay.

This means orders are not pre-made and will only be produced once your design has been approved.

Processing Time

Orders are usually completed within:

2–4 working days after design approval

This includes:

  • Designing your order
  • Sending your proof
  • Printing your items

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Product type
  • Current workload
  • Stock availability

Delivery Time

Once your order has been completed, delivery times will vary depending on location:

  • Islay (local): Usually quicker and may be arranged directly
  • UK mainland: Typically 2–5 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

Island Location

As Wild Islay Studio is based on Islay, there may occasionally be delays if materials need to be ordered in.

If this affects your order, you will be kept fully updated.

Urgent Orders

If you need your order quickly, please get in touch before placing your order.

I will always do my best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, Wild Islay Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Weather or transport disruption
  • Incorrect delivery information provided

Local Collection / Delivery

Local collection or delivery on Islay may be available.
