Terms of service

Overview

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Wild Islay Studio.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.


Orders

All products are made to order.

For standard products, orders can be placed directly through the website.
For custom work, details must be agreed via email before a custom listing is created.

Orders will not begin until:

  • Full payment has been received
  • All required details have been provided
  • The design proof has been approved

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide all required information when placing or confirming an order, including:

  • Correct spelling and wording
  • Names, dates and details
  • Logos or images in usable format

Wild Islay Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.


Design Proofs

A design proof will be provided before printing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check:

  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Layout
  • Dates and details

Once a design has been approved, Wild Islay Studio is not responsible for any errors present in the approved proof.


Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is 2–4 working days after design approval.

Turnaround times may vary depending on:

  • Order size
  • Product type
  • Current workload
  • Stock availability

If materials need to be ordered, additional time may be required. Customers will be updated if this affects their order.


Stock & Materials

All items are printed to order and stock is not always held in large quantities.

If materials are unavailable, they may need to be ordered in, which can extend turnaround times.


Custom Orders

Custom orders are priced based on:

  • Quantity
  • Design requirements
  • Materials
  • Size and finish

A custom listing will be created once all details have been agreed.


Colours & Print Quality

Colours may vary slightly between screen and printed product due to differences in monitors and printing processes.

Minor variations in colour, placement and cutting are considered normal and not classed as faults.


Sizing

All sizes are approximate.

Products created using cutting machines (e.g. vinyl decals) may have slight variations depending on design and layout.


Payments

Payment must be made in full before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed.

For custom orders, payment is required through the provided custom listing.


Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and personalised nature of many products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once design work has begun
  • Orders cannot be refunded once printing has started

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and I will do my best to resolve it.


Customer Supplied Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images or content provided.

Wild Islay Studio is not liable for any copyright or licensing issues related to customer-supplied materials.


Liability

Wild Islay Studio is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services
  • Delays due to supply issues or island transport disruption
  • Errors in approved designs
