Every personalised order is created specifically for the person ordering it. Nothing is taken from a shelf and altered as an afterthought.

Availability may vary as I regularly review blanks and materials to maintain suitable quality.

What you need to provide

Depending on the product, I may need:

  • The exact wording or name
  • A clear, high-resolution photograph
  • Your preferred colours
  • A required date
  • Any important design instructions

Please send original photographs wherever possible. Screenshots and images downloaded from social media may be too small or compressed for a good-quality result.

Payment

Personalised products must be paid for before design and production begin.

Straightforward personalised gifts do not normally require the separate £30 consultation fee.

A consultation fee may only apply if your request develops into a larger bespoke project requiring original design, extensive artwork preparation or specialist research.

Proofs and approvals

A digital proof may be provided where appropriate.

Please check all names, wording, dates and details carefully. Production begins once the design has been approved.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Turnaround times

Turnaround depends on:

  • The product selected
  • Current workload
  • Quantity
  • Material availability
  • The quality of supplied photographs
  • Any required design work

Please enquire early if the item is required for a birthday, anniversary, event or other fixed date.

Personalised-item returns

Personalised items cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or differs materially from the approved design, please contact Wild Islay Studio promptly with photographs and order details.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
