Refund policy
Overview
All products from Wild Islay Studio are made to order, many of which are personalised or custom designed.
Because of this, refunds and cancellations are limited and subject to the terms below.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if:
- Design work has not yet started
- No proof has been created
Once design work has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the personalised nature of most products:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once a design proof has been created
- Orders cannot be refunded once printing has started
By approving your design proof, you confirm that all details are correct and ready for print.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:
- There is a fault with the product
- The item is damaged upon arrival
If there is an issue, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where applicable, photos.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom or personalised products (unless faulty)
- Orders approved and printed correctly
- Orders with errors that were present in the approved proof
Design Approval Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details before approving a design.
Wild Islay Studio is not responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect details
- Layout issues
once the proof has been approved.
Returns
Returns are not typically required due to the nature of the products.
If a return is necessary, this will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
