As the majority of our products are made to order, personalised or produced specifically to your requirements, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or refunds due to a change of mind or customer error once production has started.

Please check all details carefully before placing your order, including names, spellings, addresses, postcodes, measurements, colours and other personalised information. Wild Islay Studio cannot be held responsible for errors or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If an order has been made incorrectly due to an error on our part, or an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

For personalised and made-to-order items, the usual online change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply.
