This is the bit that pays for the thinking before the printing.

The £30 fee covers our initial discussion, checking the files supplied, assessing whether the job is possible and preparing one initial design or mock-up.

What it covers

• Initial consultation and project assessment
• Checking supplied artwork and files
• One initial concept or mock-up
• One reasonable round of minor corrections
• A proper quote for finished production

Important

• Paid before design work starts
• Non-refundable
• Not deducted from the final order
• Printing and production are separate
• New directions, major changes or repeated revisions may cost extra
